I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Equinox (Miami, FL) in Nov 2015
Interview
The interviewer called on time and was professional. Lots of generic general questions but that is the nature of interviews. Felt as if the job downplayed sales experience, it was for a management position, but interviewer seemed disappointed when I mentioned I had little sales experience. Received a follow up e-mail a week later saying my skills didn't match what they were looking for. I appreciate hearing back, even if the answer is no, so you aren't left in limbo.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Equinox
Interview
A recruiter will reach out to you once you have applied. If you can answer some basic questions and can sell yourself well, then you will be asked to come in for an in-person meeting.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Equinox (New York, NY) in Sept 2019
Interview
Applied online and got an email for a phone interview; then got an in-person interview; each lasting at least an hour or more. It was a fairly straight forward interview process with 3 stages.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Equinox
Interview
I had a phone interview with the Equinox recruiter who was excellent. Then an in person interview with the recruiter and GM. Final interview was with the regional who also was amazing and had some great interview questions. Start to finish the process took less than 2 weeks. They were organized, professional and direct.
