Interview
I went through multiple interviews for a design role, including a final meeting with senior leadership. Everything seemed positive, thoughtful conversations, quick scheduling, and genuine interest on both sides.
And then… nothing. Ghosted by their recruiter. No update, no closure, no response to multiple follow-ups. The job posting was taken down without informing candidates who had invested time and effort into the process.
For a company that promotes high standards, the lack of basic professionalism in communication was disappointing. If a role is paused, canceled, or filled — just say so. Ghosting candidates at the final stage shows a real disconnect between the brand image and the internal hiring experience.

Had a phone call with HR, a phone call with the hiring manager; two virtual interviews with other VPs. Overall, pretty amicable. Walked through a case study and was able to ask a lot questions
