One day assessment centre in stavanger Norway. The day consisted of four main tasks, where we were each split into groups of 4-5. There were two group exercises, a 1-1 interview with a senior drilling engineer and HR consultant, and an online test to verify the online test results completed prior to the assessment centre. I had to give a 10mins technical interview in my 1-1 interview followed by basic competency based questions. It was overall a great experience, and the staff and employees of Statoil were very friendly and welcoming.
