Five steps: - screening with HR (to validate basic requirements as well as compensation) - interview with Hiring Manager (who then makes a short-list of candidates) - series of interviews with peers and SMEs (to rank the candidates from the short-list) - interview with Hiring Manager (to review the top two) - interview with supervisor of Hiring Manager (to veto the top one)
