I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Equiniti (Chennai) in Jan 2015
Interview
Fantastic co ordination by the HR team, from the day 1 of the interview process and until the date of joining was smooth, panel members was professional and difficult to answer few questions, but it was a good experience. Final level interview, salary discussion, on joining process and induction was good.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Equiniti (Kraków) in Aug 2021
Interview
One of the best recruiters (Her name is Anna Znamierowska) contacted me for the position and explained the process. Then, I had the first technical interview with two guys from the EQTek Krakow team. The questions were relatively easy and most asked .NET questions. After passing this part, the second part was a coding project. They asked me to implement Web Api project. I completed it and presented the UK team and answered their question during the second interview. After 3 or 4 days I got an offer. It was very tempting offer, but I rejected (my company pushed hard to keep me). Overall, I had one of the most smooth interview process.
