I applied on-line. In about 2 weeks I was contacted by HR to conduct and over the phone interview with HR. Second interview was with the manager via phone. Third interview was with manager and director in person. Fourth interview was with the VP via phone. The whole process took about a month before I was extended an offer of employments.
