Interview
The interviewers were from the panel of human resource personnel, department representatives, and members of the recruiting team. All members in the panel had their turn to raise questions in their area of expertise.

They concentrated on: explanation of my previous experience, expectation and challenge of the new job, attitude checks, check of my team experience, customer focus, my strength and weakness, why I left my previous employer, why I wanted to be employed at Equatorial Business Group Plc. etc.
