Interview
The interview process was horrendous! The HR said the position of the Senior Manager - BSA was urgent. It was rescheduled at the last minute. I had to make amends to my meetings and travel plans for this. The next scheduled interview was okayish. It was an easy going interaction and it went well. I was told to expect a call from the HR for the next round. However, the HR completely ghosted me. I kept following up and they said they haven’t received a feedback yet. After a month of following up, I mailed the HR about the frustration and received a reply that they will definitely send a response by EOD… needless to say that didn’t happen. My feedback to Epsilon- Please don’t waste precious time of the candidates!
