I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Epsilon (Bengaluru) in May 2019
Interview
3 rounds of interview. Started with first round which was technical. second round involves a panel of two people. and final round with a senior guy cleared first and second round of interview and for the final round everything went well and finally the interviewer asked that killer question of " Where are you from"? and that's it end of that interview. Its very sad that people still wanted to know the place you are from. By mistake if you are not from the place he or she wanted , you will definitely wont clear the round. Its very sad that even with experience and qualifications, people ask such stupid questions in an interview. Its high time to change the mentality of senior managers in the company .
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Epsilon (Madison Heights, MI) in May 2022
Interview
Contacted me for phone screen and interview. Sent my availability and didn’t hear back. Sent a follow up a week later said I would be contacted. Haven’t heard back since. It’s been a month.
The lack of organization and communication provides enough insight on how the company functions. Hard pass.

Interview
Four rounds of interviews talking to multiple people each time. Everyone was very nice, but not a lot of feedback on how I did. I worked with a recruiter and she never got back to me.
