I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Epitec
Interview
Recruiter reached out over LinkedIn and scheduled a call for the following morning. She basically just asked me to run through my work experience, but then we determined the comp would be too low. One thing that was a huge turnoff was that she asked me to provide a copy of my college transcript even though I have 3+ years of recruiting experience... this definitely should not be required for someone with relevant work experience.

Question 1
What was your college GPA? Can you please tell me about your recruiting experience up to this point?
Applied for job. First there was a virtual interview and then set up second round interview with an account manager/trainer. Was pretty straightforward and relaxed. Got an email few days later saying I was chosen for the job and will get a call to extend the offer. Never heard back from them.
After doing so research though, sounded like questionable company. Sounds like lot of turnover. Takes advantage of people by saying they don’t require previous experience so they will hire variety of people just to let them go in a few months whether you do good or not

What are some key qualities that would make a good recruiter?
The interview process was pretty standard, talked about the basics and day to day of the role. We then went over a few behavioral questions and times I went over adversity at previous jobs.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Epitec (Southfield, MI) in Sept 2022
Interview
First went through a phone screen then was invited to interview online. Process/interview was taken place with my current manager. Asked basic interview questions and about my previous experience. Did not show cards/interest at the time of the interview was very unbiased.
