There was none, it was a straight forward hiring process, they only required internet access and a laptop to start. they ask for a CV to see if you fit the role but other than that it was a good process especially for a first job.

Interview
Interview was held in Japanese. Interviewer was friendly and explained the procedures thoroughly. They asked about availability and visa with wrong hours restrictions may be of disadvantage. Overall, the atmosphere is friendly.

1. The HR manager invited people for shortlisted to the place of written test of the languages - Korean, Mandarin and others- 2. Invited people go to the interview and perform written test of English and their mother tongues.
