Interview
The entire hiring process and interview process were very confusing, the hiring process does not seem very well established. The company was constantly trying to give a much lower offer than initially agreed on the initial phone interview.
Was called by the owner on a Saturday and expected to do phone interview on the spot with no prior arrangement. Scheduled interview but was called by the owner who cancelled a day prior.
Laughable and complete lack of professionalism.
