Epic Health (MI) interview questions

After a seemingly positive interview with the CMO and CEO, the CMO stated clearly that he would be reaching out in 10-14 days to update me, “but probably sooner”. After 3 weeks, my email to the recruiter and CMO requesting an update was ignored. It was only when I copied the CEO that I was sent an automated rejection. The interview was fine and the people seemed great, but the expectation setting and follow up could have been better.
