The interview process is very long and several phases. All great people everyone was professional and courteous. It took roughly 2 months to get to a final decision. First step is screen with a Recruiter, then the manager (and second interview with another manager on the team if they need to decide if you go further) and the last step is panel interviews that consists of 6 panels of 2 ppl each (either a whole day or can be spread out over a week). It was disappointing to go through the whole process just to inform me that the other candidate had tech experience which clearly that would make the candidate pool smaller. My advice to the managers know what you are looking for in the initial stages to avoid prolonging times of the candidates. Be mindful of the candidates times and the work they put in to prepare for interviews. My advice for candidates - be patient during the process and look for other opportunities at the same time going through the interview with this company.
