Filled out a Google form sworn standard questions and got a call from an assistant for an in person interview. The in person interview was 20 minutes of the interviewer telling me why my skills didn’t fit the position. She asked what attracted me to Epic Dental and I outlined their commitment to customer service. Apparently, this was not what they were looking for. My answer was “too customer focused for the operations position.” Whatever that means. They also had me fill out some silly personality test during my interview. The interviewer also monitored her emails and phone while I answered questions. Worst interview ever. Glad I dodged that bullet.
