Group interview, 2 supervisors asked each of us about 5-6 questions. Still very short and brief, and straight to the point. If chosen they let you know as soon as possible… everything about the interview process was rather smooth.

Interview
Two step interview process, First part is a phone screening and second part is a in person interview in a group. They ask questions related to aviation and the position itself. Afterwards, they say that they will let you know in 1-2 weeks. I got a job offer the next day with the maximum salary they offer. I also got another offer with the competition with better pay and benefits and decided to go with the other one.

Group interview, 3-5 applicants per group interviewed by a panel of 2 or 3 people including the department director, manager, and HR representative. Interview is about 15-25 minutes long, with time to ask questions at the end.
