Envista Forensics interview questions

The interview process was very smooth. Three interviews were needed. All were scheduled relatively close together. The recruiter was very nice and helpful throughout the process. The recruiter was my main point of contact until accepting the position.

HR contacted me for a phone screening and scheduled an interview with the managers. During the interview, it was clear they were unprepared and the questions were not relevant to the role. It gave the impression that the process was more about checking a box than finding the right candidate. It did not reflect a competent or focused management approach.
