The interview process was very smooth. The recruiter and manager were friendly and answered any questions I had regarding the role and timeline. The offer is conditional until you complete the 2 weeks of training and 8 days of supervision.

A series of interviews with the site manager and region manger. Basic questions asked around work experience and navigating a fast pace environment. Interviews were about 20 to 30 minutes long.
