Smooth and straight forward, I had one interview over the phone and one on zoom two days later, I was told to expect a call about a third in person interview but I got a job offer the next week

Interview
Interview process was easy. However, the pay and position progression ladder is misleading. Entry level positions, will be outside at different locations doing direct marketing trying to meet a specific sales goal. If you're not on track/don't meet a specific goal, you will be sent home early.
Must also keep in mind that certain event locations require parking payment and reimbursement for that is questionable/sketchy.
