I was interviewed over the course of 4 months, including three phone interviews, a video conference interview, followed by an in person interview at the DC Office. First interviews were with attorneys that have worked in the office for a few years, as the process continued interviewee with higher positioned attorneys. Final interview was with a four person panel including multiple appointed individuals by the administration.

Straightforward and no odd ball questions. People were nice. Interview via teams. Panel type interview with three people and each asked different questions. Lasted about 30 minutes to an hour for the first interview.

First interview was with potential boss. Second interview was call with several attorneys over the phone. Asked extensively about litigation experience. Also standard question about what is your greatest strength and weakness.

The interview was a total of three rounds. I first met with the general hiring team, then I met with several(!!!) attorneys in the group, then the director. Everyone was really nice.
