I first had to do a timed, written exercise that was very technical. I then add a virtual interview with a panel of three staff scientists where they asked me about my professional skills.

How do prioritize multiple projects with deadlines on the same date?
Good. It was a straightforward interview and the reviewers operated off of a script for the most part. They were pleasant and professional. Most of the questions were available online beforehand.
