Environment Canada interview questions

Questions were based on prior research experience, analysis skills, and interest in environmental policy. It was a structured and conversational panel discussion. There were no technical assessments, and the emphasis was on thought process, clarity of communication, and alignment with the role.

Consisted of one interview with two people, followed by a take home exam. They asked standard behavioural questions and about basic Object Oriented Programming principles and concepts. The take home exam involved creating a simple application in a language of your choosing, with a focus on proper programming practices.
