The interview process involves a multiple choice and written skills assessment. I found that the questions match the job duties and are actually from experiences on the job, which totally make sense. I scored very high because of my similar experience. I can see how someone who is unqualified for the position could score poorly. Selection is partially based on the assessment. The written portion takes some critical thinking and problem solving. I can see how only qualified professionals can easily figure out the solution. I think it is a good measure of a qualified applicant. I was selected to an interview following the assessment. The interview went very well. The owner and staff were very pleasant and made sure all my questions were answered. The entire process took two weeks.
