Two-step interview, first stage with the owners then the next with the immediate managers. Some of the questions were job based, asking basic analytical chemistry type questions. Other questions were more broad, trying to discover who I was as an individual. The hardest part was determining if they had legitimate interests in myself, or if they only wanted to have a broad pool to choose from.
