Very easy. Questions were straightforward. No tricks or twisted questions to throw you off guard. They hire based on merit and merit alone. No DEI garbage here. If you have the experience, you can answer the Q's and get the job. The pay is above industry avg.

Interview
The interview was very executive style. I was greeted by a manager and was taken in. The questions ranged from my prior experience to how I will be good fit for the open position. It was lot difficult than expected.
