Multistage process onsite about 3 and a half hours without pause, talk with team, cultural fitting and in the very end a live coding session. People are nice, but the process seemed to be demanding and not designed to allow the applicant to show the qualification properly. E.g. when talking with a future lead, it was not specified that questions should be answered in a way to showcase applicant's abilities to mentor future coworkers. Naturally the answers are tailored to target audience.
