The interview process was conducted in a group format and took place in a conference room with six candidates in total. It was led by the Head of the Masterplan Programme along with four additional team members.
We began with a round of introductions, after which the interview continued for approximately two hours. The format included a series of short one-on-one conversations, where each candidate spent around 10 minutes with each member of the team.
This structure allowed for a comprehensive assessment from multiple perspectives, as well as an opportunity to engage with different stakeholders within the team.
Following the interview, I received a call the next day with an offer.
