Interview
I had 2 interviews. One with 2 managers in the department I was applying for and one with a manager and with the director of the department. They had my resume in hand and had reviewed it previously, they were well prepared. We discussed my past experience but also focused a lot on the position I would be filling and what was expected of me.
Went through a screening call plus 2 rounds and was told there would still be "several" more rounds. Ultimately decided that wasn't a place I wanted to work if they couldn't make decisions and take action in a timely manner.

Interview
Followed the structure of a phone screen with recruiter, 1-1 with the team lead then panel that was 4-1 where I did a small sales presentation. Nothing was overly difficult or pressure cooker, very conversational and curious about my process and way I think.

Easy interview process. Everyone was great with communication. 10/10 experience. It took less than two weeks to go through the whole process. I appreciate them being so understanding and accommodating.
