I have recently attended interview at Enterprise Signal India Private Limited. It started with a written test followed by 3 levels of technical interview. Though it is a long process, it was worth it. I have been offered by Enterprise Signal with a good package. Overall I felt good.

The written test was based on aptitude and verbal communication. Aptitude mostly consisted of number series, Bars And graphs etc

THE WORST INTERVIEW I EVER ATTENDED.
They ask even 10-15 years experienced people to write a written test WHICH CONTAINS COMPLETELY NON-TECHNICAL questions!!!
DO not waste your time attending an interview here.
They are not interested in taking a technical person. They want people who can solve stupid mind-numbing questions like what is arithmetic median of two numbers,average of 15-20 numbers, percentage of this average to the median...
dumbest questions i was ever asked.
AGAIN, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS INTERVIEW!!
Company seems to be below mediocre to the point that it reaches the ground.

bar graph related questions
ALL aptitude only. The kind that you get in your engineering or 10th class.
Tough technical rounds and analytical rounds. Candidate should have good analytical skills and should be able to solve problems or be able to write algorithms.
