Rental/Sales Representative - Work From Home Interview

      2 Feb 2016
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility in Feb 2016

      Interview

Applied online, was e-mailed to complete assessment which consisted of mock sales calls/computer knowledge (toggling between screens) that were just covered in the short "online class" - answer series of questions from "customers" from the available pop-up answers on the screen. As long as you pay attention to the tutorial/class it's easy & there's a "repeat" button also. The next day I got an e-mail stating that I passed the assessment and I would be advancing forward in the process and would be notified within 3-5 days. I was called the following day to set up my first phone interview. I spoke with the first person briefly, basically to set-up and confirm the phone interview time. He sent me an e-mail confirmation for the phone interview that also had the test for my computer in it - Download/Upload Speed, Connection, etc.... I passed that as well. My phone interview was 3 days afterwards, lasted about 35 minutes and at first was really casual then I began to get nervous. She told me she may get quiet, but she's just taking notes, etc... it made me uneasy though. She asked all the questions everyone here has stated and we went over my work history... I began feeling like I was at the end of the process (for me anyway) it just wasn't feeling/sounding so hood anymore - and she told me she would like to advance me to the next step and set up my next phone interview for the following morning (tomorrow!) I did not see that coming! LOL Pay is $12.50/hourly with opportunities for commissions, opportunity for advancement both upward or laterally if desired. Will know more after tomorrow morning! Fingers Crossed! Good luck to all that are interviewing! :)
