Interview
First of all she will start with basic introduction, than background Check permission, salary package information as well as working hours and lastly 3-4 STAR method based questions. Lastly, any questions from our end.

Interview
The first round is with HR at a corporate office. Next you go to the branch and do an interview with the branch manager and walk-through. Then you interview with the area manager.

Not bad at all. They want to see that you have some ambition and confidence. Basic questions about leadership experience, sales experience, how you've handled tough situations in the past, etc.
