I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (London, England) in Jan 2024
Interview
Multiple stages including telephone consultation and then teams interview. If passed then a branch visit. I did 2 hours at the branch visit and then 45 min interview with the area manager at the end. Team are so friendly and everyone wanted you to do well, the staff who are already on the scheme tend to help and advise more which was helpful. Overall really kind people.
