I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Saint Louis, MO) in Apr 2022
Interview
A recruiter reached out to me about the position. I applied online and she helped me through it. I then had a zoom interview. She did not respond to my answers but just went onto the next question. I like when interviewers interact with me and she did not. But she liked me and I got asked to come in person to a second interview.
I was under the impression this was for a Management Trainee position at Enterprise Holdings. But it's a Sales Management Trainee position at Enterprise Rent A Car. I was later told that the Management Trainee position and the Sales Management Trainee position was the same thing.
I was hoping this position would mostly be an office job but the location of my second interview was at a small Enterprise Rent A Car location in St. Peters (it was in an area with Schucks and other stores). They required professional attire like a dress suit so I bought one for the interview. I went to the interview and it went well. Lots of behavioral questions and how I would deal with pressure.
I lost my thoughts once but the interviewer rephrased the question.
I thought it went well and I was super excited when I left. They said they would let me know soon for the next interview.
Although I was excited about the opportunity, there were some low points to the job.
-The hours were 7 am to 7 pm most days.
-Every couple weekends you would have to work too.
- It is all customer service and similar to a retail job. -There is almost no office work.
I was disappointed by this but a plus is the full benefits and the 50k starting salary. There is also a great opportunity for upward mobility.
It has been about a month and I have still heard nothing. I think this is highly unprofessional.

Question 1
Describe a time you faced a difficult decision. What did you do?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility in Jan 2025
Interview
I applied online and received an interview offer one day later via email. The overall interview process lasted roughly 3 weeks. I had two interviews, one on Microsoft Teams with a recruiter and one in person with the area manager. The in-person interview was two hours, consisting of an observation and the interview itself. Both interviews consisted of basic behavioral, leadership, and customer service-related questions. Overall, the interviewers were very friendly and I learned quite a lot about the company culture and the role. Throughout the process, it felt very casual with no pressure to be too formal. Some questions from the first interview were repeated in the second interview.

The interview process was more formal and easy. It was a really laid back interview process of which was conducted with ease and respect. It was also a short of time interview process.
