Phone call then an in person interview in the store you will potentially work at. they show you around the "store" and you talk to the other employees. Lastly, the interview is taken after they show you around for 30 minutes.

I had three round of interviews the first and last weren’t that bad, but my second interview with the district manager, I sweat so much. It was really intense. They want competitive people, so most everyone is an athlete. The job itself is long hours, and highly tracked activy and sales.
