Interview
I put in an application online. I met with a recruiter from enterprise at a school career fair. I got a call the next day for an interview. The first interview consisted of behavioral questions. The next day I got an email to submit a background check. After that, I got a phone call for a second interview. The second interview was some behavioral, some info about the company, and accounting question (How do you do a bank rec). I met the senior accountant and comptroller. The next business day I got a call for an offer. The salary was negotiable!

Interview
The first-round interview went really well. She was very nice and professional, which made the conversation feel comfortable and natural. I wasn’t stressed, and I felt confident discussing my background. She asked thoughtful questions about how the company operates and my potential future there, which made the discussion engaging and insightful.
This was a phone screen interview. Pretty standard and what you would expect. Gave more details about the position and asked me a few questions. That is all I have to say

Interview
15 minute first round online interview using teams. It was very basic background questions and then scheduled in person interview. Second round in person interview much longer with some technical questions. Very nice interviewers both rounds.
