3 interviews for a Management Trainee. Interview with Talent Acquisition, interview with Branch and Area Manager, and interview with Group Rental Manager. Takes about 2 weeks, but the process is pretty smooth in general.

Interview
First there was an initial phone interview. If you pass that then you have an interview with an area rental manager. If you pass that, you finally have an interview with a branch rental manager.

Tell me about a time you were in a difficult situation and how did you handle it? Tell me about a time a customer was upset and what did you do to remedy the situation.
