I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Chula Vista, CA) in Oct 2011
Interview
First got contacted for phone interview. That was basic questions about myself and didnt last long. After the phone interview I had an interview with a recruiter. In this interview the questions were almost the same. They also talked to me more about the company, salary, and advancement opportunities. After the one on one with the recruiter, I had a one on one interview with a district manager and watched the branch operate. Most questions are about previous experiences.

Question 1
No questions were particularly difficult. I was in management before the interview so I have had to deal with many of the same situations that arise at enterprise so finding examples to fit the questions they were asking was fairly simple.

Interview
There were 3 rounds the first was easier the last one. That one was much more thorough and a little bit more challenging for certain questions. I felt a bit stumped, however they were all fairly aligned with the typical interview questions. Overall good but just be prepared
