Interview
Phone interview. Interviewer asked typical behavioral questions, but also asked about every single information that was on my resume, such as, last employer, dates, education, etc. Also asked about my driving record, if I had DUI, tickets, or other infractions. Lots of questions about sales: do you like sales? what is your approach to sales? are you a good sales person?
Other questions include: what is your favorite work environment, fast paced, slow...?

The first round is with HR at a corporate office. Next you go to the branch and do an interview with the branch manager and walk-through. Then you interview with the area manager.

Not bad at all. They want to see that you have some ambition and confidence. Basic questions about leadership experience, sales experience, how you've handled tough situations in the past, etc.

There were 3 rounds the first was easier the last one. That one was much more thorough and a little bit more challenging for certain questions. I felt a bit stumped, however they were all fairly aligned with the typical interview questions. Overall good but just be prepared
