I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Eagan, MN) in Apr 2011
Interview
As soon as I applied online through the company website- I was contacted immediately from HR to set up an interview within a few days after finishing a phone interview. The first interview was learning about concept of Enterprise and if I was still interested. The second interview was heading to the branch and getting hands on feel of what a day and life of an Enterprise employee is like- to give you a better idea if you could see yourself doing this. Afterwards you interview at the Branch. Third interview is with someone who over see's a good portion of the operations in the state. Within a month, I was offered the position.

Not bad at all. They want to see that you have some ambition and confidence. Basic questions about leadership experience, sales experience, how you've handled tough situations in the past, etc.

Interview
There were 3 rounds the first was easier the last one. That one was much more thorough and a little bit more challenging for certain questions. I felt a bit stumped, however they were all fairly aligned with the typical interview questions. Overall good but just be prepared

Interview
Smooth and took about 2 weeks to complete. They're really interested in your ability to work in a fast paced environment and your ability to deal with an irate customer. It's a sales job after-all.
