The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility in Apr 2012
Interview
I applied and received an email that a recruiter would contact me soon. That took well over a week to happen. The recruiter called me and left a voicemail and never returned my calls/emails for a couple weeks. I finally got the phone screen and was invited for an in person interview. The questions were generic but were in depth, they wanted specific examples for answers. I was overall not very impressed.

Not bad at all. They want to see that you have some ambition and confidence. Basic questions about leadership experience, sales experience, how you've handled tough situations in the past, etc.

Interview
There were 3 rounds the first was easier the last one. That one was much more thorough and a little bit more challenging for certain questions. I felt a bit stumped, however they were all fairly aligned with the typical interview questions. Overall good but just be prepared

Interview
Smooth and took about 2 weeks to complete. They're really interested in your ability to work in a fast paced environment and your ability to deal with an irate customer. It's a sales job after-all.
