Overall a very tedious but rewarding process. The recruiter I had was amazing. The people I met with during the 4 step interview process were all so fun, informative, and honest in regards to what all you would be doing. The first interview is over the phone. (Primarily to see if you fit to make it to the next round.) The second interview is a face-to-face with your local recruiter. (Be sure to always as questions.) The third interview was observing the local branch to see the day to day operations and meet with the Branch manager. The last and final interview with be with the Regional manager. Decision took about a week. Over all, it definitely was a process that's not for the faint-hearted.
