Interview
The interview has 4 different parts to it. The first is a phone interview not really a big deal ask typical behavioral questions. The next interview is in person with the same person who interviewed you on the phone. If you make it pass the next one is with the area manager same behavioral questions situational questions. The last one is with the regional Vice President and hr same behavioral questions. Be prepared with bs stories to tell them. If you can prepare bs situational stories about challenges competition and that you are willing to work 50 hours you should be good.
