I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Beverly, MA) in Sept 2025
Interview
Started with a 30 minute interview over the phone. The interview was very straightforward and I was able to learn more about the position. I didn’t move forward with the next round of interviews but from what I was told, they do a round of virtual interviews, then they pick the top candidates to come in and do a mock shift and then they hire one candidate from the group.

Not bad at all. They want to see that you have some ambition and confidence. Basic questions about leadership experience, sales experience, how you've handled tough situations in the past, etc.

Interview
There were 3 rounds the first was easier the last one. That one was much more thorough and a little bit more challenging for certain questions. I felt a bit stumped, however they were all fairly aligned with the typical interview questions. Overall good but just be prepared

Interview
Smooth and took about 2 weeks to complete. They're really interested in your ability to work in a fast paced environment and your ability to deal with an irate customer. It's a sales job after-all.
