I applied for this job back in March and just got the rejection email 5 months later in August. Thankfully I’ve found another position elsewhere but what a slap in the face to get a rejection email half a year later. Treat potential candidates with more respect and inform them in a timely manner.

There are two rounds of interviews. Personality based questions. Helps to know basic accounting principals. Must take a CMA test before final hiring. They are very good at communicating and most interviews are virtual.
