I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Enterprise Bank & Trust (Creve Coeur, MO) in Oct 2019
Interview
When entering the bank I checked in with the teller. The teller notified my interviewer and I was offered, cookies, water, coffee, and/or soda while I wait in the lobby. The interview began with the two interviewers explaining the role, company, and their positions. Then the interviewers (2 people) asked me questions. Next, I asked them questions. My interview was a guanine conversation that wasn't one-sided, both sides were sharing and both asking and answering questions. I think I probably asked more questions myself, than questions asked by the interviewers.
Note: I attended a career fair on Friday. Applied to open positions Saturday. Reached out to HR via LinkedIn Saturday. Invited to come in for an interview Monday via email. I also reached out to my former classmate who currently works there via LinkedIn. Interviewed Tuesday. Background check began processing Thursday. [HR was very responsive, helpful, and informative at all steps through the process. Something I had never seen before from other companies' HR Teams, which truly speaks to their culture!] I'm excited!
*I'm still a potential candidate in the running and I haven't been offered a job, but Glassdoor required me to make a selection so please ignore my selection there.
