Human Resources conducted an initial phone screen to determine qualifications for the posted position. A week or so later, an interview was scheduled with the Direct Supervisor. This interview with the direct supervisor involved basic questions about past experience.

Behavior based panel interview. Asked mostly situational type questions, nothing out of the ordinary. They also asked a lot of question about past work experience and why are you looking to leave your current employer.
