Beware! Went through multiple interview rounds, including with the CTO. Was brought to NYC to meet the team and brainstor,m at which time I thought an offer would be forthcoming. They picked my brain for two hours, including a number of "we hadn't thought of that" moments. The CTO then told me he was concerned because it was a small (startup) company and my recent experience was with larger companies (~3000 employees) despite my experience with small companies in the past. No offer. No compensation for my time and expertise in NY beyond hard expenses. They essentially took free consulting time.
