I applied through online and got a call from one of the most professional recruiters I personally experienced, Tina, within a week. The recruiter screening went well and she shared about the company benefits and other information while waiting to set up the first interview. Once I received the interview schedule request, she even included the interviewers' LinkedIn profile and other information about the company. First interview (back to back) went well but I did not get to move forward. After the first interview, Tina also sent me a follow up email to send a note to the interviewer. Then after she received the feedback regarding the first interview, she immediately followed up with me via both email and phone and explained why I was not selected to move forward. It was totally resonable and I made a mistake.
Even though I was not selected to move forward, the entire process was beyond professional and I only leaves a good impression of the company. Tina actually care all the candidates and makes sure everyone's experience satisfied.
