The interview consisted of 3 parts: initial interview, second-round interview, and phone interview. The initial interview was very short, about 15-20 minutes. The manager wants to assess your communication skills and see if you are a good fit for the position. The second-round interview consists of the assistant manager or someone in leadership taking you out to a Home Depot store. The person will sit you down and go over pay, work responsibilities, and career advancement. From there, you both will go out on the sales floor and he or she will demonstrate how the you should "pitch" to the customers. It is basically like a job showing experience. The entire process takes about 45 minutes to an hour. If he/she feels you are qualified, then the person will give you the manager's phone number and instruct you to call at a specific time. The conversations lasts about 5 to 10 minutes, and he/she will ask you how the second-round interview went and if are you still interested. More than likely you will be offered a posiiton
