It was almost 4 rounds, 1st round project manager, 2nd technical, 3rd design, and 4th round VP round. I have cleared 3 rounds and in the VP round, my experience is very very bad . At this level I expected to be more discussion on business road map. But it is not. He did not even introduce himself or let me introduce my self, he just logged in with poor network and asked me to loggin after 10 mins, and after 10 mins, he logged in and started asking about my projects and that's it, he Finished the call, it was hardly taken 5 -7 mins. I feel, they don't know the interview process, if their cretiria is about the projects, they could have check my projects prior to make other rounds, Having 10+ years experience, it is hard to decide any one by projects . I feel, that is not a way of doing candidate selection. I don't recommend
